(1) Initial Visit
Discuss personal health history. Review of signs and symptoms and any previous relevant labs. Health education. Plan for labs, supplementation, and lifestyle changes.

(2) Second Visit
Review completed labs and explain findings. Create personal treatment plan. Education about dietary, supplement, and lifestyle changes.

(3) Follow Up Visits
Evaluate progress. Review and/or modify treatment plan as necessary. Order additional labs if needed. Schedule follow up appointments.

All fees do not include labs and supplements . You are not required to purchase labs or supplements through our office, but it is recommended. Timing of visits depends on each person, some only need a few visits and others may take months.
